		'descr' => 'গিয়ার, মোটর বাইকের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ। গিয়ার মুলত ইঞ্জিনের শক্তিকে চাকায় পোছানোর সুইচ হিসাবে কাজ করে।  আপনি যখন গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করছেন ও স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই করছেন, তাহলে তো কোন সমস্যাই নেই। কিন্তু গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় কোন প্রকার শব্দ হয় বা ধাক্কা খায় তবে বুঝতে হবে কোথাও না কোথাও সমস্যা হচ্ছে।

আজ আমারা আলোচনা করবো, কেন বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হয় ও এর সমাধান কি কি ? বেশ কয়েকটি কারণে বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। তার মধ্যে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও সর্বাধিক ঘটিত কিছু কারন নিয়ে আলোচনা করব, তো চলুন শুরু করা যাক

ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল না চাপলে

আমরা জানি গিয়ার শিফটিং এর সময় ক্লাচ প্লেটের একটা পিনিয়ামের সাথে অন্য পিনিয়াম ঢুকে যায়। আর ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরা মানে বাইকের ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার কে (০) করে দেওয়া, যাতে সুস্থ ভাবে গিয়ার সিফটিং সমপন্ন হয়। তো আপনি যদি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে না ধরেন তবে যেটা হবে, ইঞ্জিনে কিছু পাওয়ার থেকে যাবে। এই অবস্থায় আপনি যদি গিয়ার  পরিবর্তন করেন তবে ইঞ্জিন থেকে খারাপ শব্দ আসা স্বাভাবিক।  আর আপনি রেগুলার এই ভুল কাজ করতে থাকলে আপনার ক্লাচ প্লেট খুব তারাতারি নস্থ হয়ে যাবে।


এই জন্য আপনি প্রতিবার গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের জন্য ক্লাচ লিভার পুরোপুরি চেপে ধরে তারপর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন।

RPM হাই থাকলে

হাই RPM এ গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে।

হাই RPM থাকলে সবসময় চেষ্টা করবেন গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাইকের RPM লো করে নিতে। ক্লাচ লিভার চেপে ধরে বড়জোর ১/২ সেকেন্ড সময় লাগবে RPM লো হতে। তার পর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন। ব্রিজ বা ঢালে ওঠার জন্য আপনার লো গিয়ার ও হাই RPM দরকার। সুতরাং আপনি ঢালে ওঠার আগেই সঠিক গিয়ারে প্রবেশ করে তার পর শুরু করবেন।

চলন্ত অবস্থায় মাঝে মাঝে সম্ভব হবে না। আপনি করনারিং করছেন বা অভারটেকিং করছেন সেটা ভিন্ন কথা। তবে সেটা যেন মাঝে মাঝেই হয়।

ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক এডজাস্ট না থাকলে

বাইকের ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। কারন এটা সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে আপনি হয়ত ফুল চেপে ধরে আছেন কিন্তু ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার থেকে যাচ্ছে আবার যতটুকু ছাড়া প্রয়জন ঠিক ততটুকু হচ্ছে না।

ক্লাচ লিভারের ফ্রিপ্লে থাকবে সাধারনত ১০-১৫ মিলিমিটার। যদি এর বেশি হয় তবে ক্লাচ ও থ্রটলের সঠিক এডজাস্ট হবে না।

স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই এটা প্রতি ৫০০-৮০০ কিমি পর পর নড়চড় হয়ে যাবে। ভালো হয় আপনি প্রতিবার সার্ভিস করাবার সময় এটা এডজাস্ট করে নিবেন।

ক্লাচ প্লেট নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে

গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় আপনি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরেছেন, লো এ পরিবর্তন করেছেন আবার আপনার ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা আছে। কিন্তু তার পরেও গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হচ্ছে। তহলে?

তাহলে আপনাকে বুঝতে হবে আপনার বাইকের ক্লাচ প্লেট ক্ষয় হয়ে গিয়েছে। জারা বেশি সিটি রাইডিং করেন বা জ্যামের মধ্যে বাইক চালান তাদের ক্লাচ প্লেট দ্রুত ক্ষয় বা নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। এটার নিরদিস্থ কোন সময় নেই যে ১০০০ বা ৫০০ কিমি পর পর ক্ষয় বা নষ্ট হবে। এর স্থায়িত্ত নির্ভর করে চালানর দক্ষতার উপর।

চেস্থা করবে ঘন ঘন গিয়ার পরিবর্তন না করতে ও ক্লাচ লিভার চেপে না ধরতে। শহরের রাস্থায় এটা তো একদম অসম্ভব। যেহেতু এটা আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রনের বাইরে তাই যখন মনে হচ্ছে যে গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হচ্ছে তখন সার্ভিস পয়েন্টে গিয়ে চেক করে নিতে পারেন। প্রয়জনে ক্লাচ প্লেট পরিবর্তন করে নিতে পারেন।

 

শুরুতে বাইক চালানোর সময় গিয়ার চেঞ্জ করা বা ভালভাবে গিয়ার শিফট করে বাইক রান করানোটা একটু কঠিন কাজ ।
কিন্তু , আসল কথা হল , যদি বাইকের ক্লাচ , পিকআপ , এবং গিয়ার সম্পর্কে হালকা ধারনা থাকে এবং প্রাকটিস করা যায় তাহলে এটি খুবই সহজ কাজ । ত্তখন আপনি নিজের আজান্তেই সঠিক সময় সঠিক গিয়ারে প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন ।

		'descr' => 'গিয়ার, মোটর বাইকের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ। গিয়ার মুলত ইঞ্জিনের শক্তিকে চাকায় পোছানোর সুইচ হিসাবে কাজ করে।  আপনি যখন গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করছেন ও স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই করছেন, তাহলে তো কোন সমস্যাই নেই। কিন্তু গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় কোন প্রকার শব্দ হয় বা ধাক্কা খায় তবে বুঝতে হবে কোথাও না কোথাও সমস্যা হচ্ছে।

আজ আমারা আলোচনা করবো, কেন বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হয় ও এর সমাধান কি কি ? বেশ কয়েকটি কারণে বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। তার মধ্যে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও সর্বাধিক ঘটিত কিছু কারন নিয়ে আলোচনা করব, তো চলুন শুরু করা যাক

ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল না চাপলে

আমরা জানি গিয়ার শিফটিং এর সময় ক্লাচ প্লেটের একটা পিনিয়ামের সাথে অন্য পিনিয়াম ঢুকে যায়। আর ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরা মানে বাইকের ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার কে (০) করে দেওয়া, যাতে সুস্থ ভাবে গিয়ার সিফটিং সমপন্ন হয়। তো আপনি যদি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে না ধরেন তবে যেটা হবে, ইঞ্জিনে কিছু পাওয়ার থেকে যাবে। এই অবস্থায় আপনি যদি গিয়ার  পরিবর্তন করেন তবে ইঞ্জিন থেকে খারাপ শব্দ আসা স্বাভাবিক।  আর আপনি রেগুলার এই ভুল কাজ করতে থাকলে আপনার ক্লাচ প্লেট খুব তারাতারি নস্থ হয়ে যাবে।


এই জন্য আপনি প্রতিবার গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের জন্য ক্লাচ লিভার পুরোপুরি চেপে ধরে তারপর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন।

RPM হাই থাকলে

হাই RPM এ গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে।

হাই RPM থাকলে সবসময় চেষ্টা করবেন গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাইকের RPM লো করে নিতে। ক্লাচ লিভার চেপে ধরে বড়জোর ১/২ সেকেন্ড সময় লাগবে RPM লো হতে। তার পর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন। ব্রিজ বা ঢালে ওঠার জন্য আপনার লো গিয়ার ও হাই RPM দরকার। সুতরাং আপনি ঢালে ওঠার আগেই সঠিক গিয়ারে প্রবেশ করে তার পর শুরু করবেন।

চলন্ত অবস্থায় মাঝে মাঝে সম্ভব হবে না। আপনি করনারিং করছেন বা অভারটেকিং করছেন সেটা ভিন্ন কথা। তবে সেটা যেন মাঝে মাঝেই হয়।

ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক এডজাস্ট না থাকলে

বাইকের ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। কারন এটা সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে আপনি হয়ত ফুল চেপে ধরে আছেন কিন্তু ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার থেকে যাচ্ছে আবার যতটুকু ছাড়া প্রয়জন ঠিক ততটুকু হচ্ছে না।

ক্লাচ লিভারের ফ্রিপ্লে থাকবে সাধারনত ১০-১৫ মিলিমিটার। যদি এর বেশি হয় তবে ক্লাচ ও থ্রটলের সঠিক এডজাস্ট হবে না।

স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই এটা প্রতি ৫০০-৮০০ কিমি পর পর নড়চড় হয়ে যাবে। ভালো হয় আপনি প্রতিবার সার্ভিস করাবার সময় এটা এডজাস্ট করে নিবেন।

ক্লাচ প্লেট নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে

গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় আপনি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরেছেন, লো এ পরিবর্তন করেছেন আবার আপনার ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা আছে। কিন্তু তার পরেও গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হচ্ছে। তহলে?

তাহলে আপনাকে বুঝতে হবে আপনার বাইকের ক্লাচ প্লেট ক্ষয় হয়ে গিয়েছে। জারা বেশি সিটি রাইডিং করেন বা জ্যামের মধ্যে বাইক চালান তাদের ক্লাচ প্লেট দ্রুত ক্ষয় বা নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। এটার নিরদিস্থ কোন সময় নেই যে ১০০০ বা ৫০০ কিমি পর পর ক্ষয় বা নষ্ট হবে। এর স্থায়িত্ত নির্ভর করে চালানর দক্ষতার উপর।

চেস্থা করবে ঘন ঘন গিয়ার পরিবর্তন না করতে ও ক্লাচ লিভার চেপে না ধরতে। শহরের রাস্থায় এটা তো একদম অসম্ভব। যেহেতু এটা আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রনের বাইরে তাই যখন মনে হচ্ছে যে গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হচ্ছে তখন সার্ভিস পয়েন্টে গিয়ে চেক করে নিতে পারেন। প্রয়জনে ক্লাচ প্লেট পরিবর্তন করে নিতে পারেন।

 

শুরুতে বাইক চালানোর সময় গিয়ার চেঞ্জ করা বা ভালভাবে গিয়ার শিফট করে বাইক রান করানোটা একটু কঠিন কাজ ।
কিন্তু , আসল কথা হল , যদি বাইকের ক্লাচ , পিকআপ , এবং গিয়ার সম্পর্কে হালকা ধারনা থাকে এবং প্রাকটিস করা যায় তাহলে এটি খুবই সহজ কাজ । ত্তখন আপনি নিজের আজান্তেই সঠিক সময় সঠিক গিয়ারে প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন ।

	'descr' => 'গিয়ার, মোটর বাইকের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ। গিয়ার মুলত ইঞ্জিনের শক্তিকে চাকায় পোছানোর সুইচ হিসাবে কাজ করে।  আপনি যখন গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করছেন ও স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই করছেন, তাহলে তো কোন সমস্যাই নেই। কিন্তু গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় কোন প্রকার শব্দ হয় বা ধাক্কা খায় তবে বুঝতে হবে কোথাও না কোথাও সমস্যা হচ্ছে।

আজ আমারা আলোচনা করবো, কেন বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হয় ও এর সমাধান কি কি ? বেশ কয়েকটি কারণে বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। তার মধ্যে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও সর্বাধিক ঘটিত কিছু কারন নিয়ে আলোচনা করব, তো চলুন শুরু করা যাক

ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল না চাপলে

আমরা জানি গিয়ার শিফটিং এর সময় ক্লাচ প্লেটের একটা পিনিয়ামের সাথে অন্য পিনিয়াম ঢুকে যায়। আর ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরা মানে বাইকের ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার কে (০) করে দেওয়া, যাতে সুস্থ ভাবে গিয়ার সিফটিং সমপন্ন হয়। তো আপনি যদি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে না ধরেন তবে যেটা হবে, ইঞ্জিনে কিছু পাওয়ার থেকে যাবে। এই অবস্থায় আপনি যদি গিয়ার  পরিবর্তন করেন তবে ইঞ্জিন থেকে খারাপ শব্দ আসা স্বাভাবিক।  আর আপনি রেগুলার এই ভুল কাজ করতে থাকলে আপনার ক্লাচ প্লেট খুব তারাতারি নস্থ হয়ে যাবে।


এই জন্য আপনি প্রতিবার গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের জন্য ক্লাচ লিভার পুরোপুরি চেপে ধরে তারপর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন।

RPM হাই থাকলে

হাই RPM এ গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে।

হাই RPM থাকলে সবসময় চেষ্টা করবেন গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাইকের RPM লো করে নিতে। ক্লাচ লিভার চেপে ধরে বড়জোর ১/২ সেকেন্ড সময় লাগবে RPM লো হতে। তার পর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন। ব্রিজ বা ঢালে ওঠার জন্য আপনার লো গিয়ার ও হাই RPM দরকার। সুতরাং আপনি ঢালে ওঠার আগেই সঠিক গিয়ারে প্রবেশ করে তার পর শুরু করবেন।

চলন্ত অবস্থায় মাঝে মাঝে সম্ভব হবে না। আপনি করনারিং করছেন বা অভারটেকিং করছেন সেটা ভিন্ন কথা। তবে সেটা যেন মাঝে মাঝেই হয়।

ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক এডজাস্ট না থাকলে

বাইকের ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। কারন এটা সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে আপনি হয়ত ফুল চেপে ধরে আছেন কিন্তু ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার থেকে যাচ্ছে আবার যতটুকু ছাড়া প্রয়জন ঠিক ততটুকু হচ্ছে না।

ক্লাচ লিভারের ফ্রিপ্লে থাকবে সাধারনত ১০-১৫ মিলিমিটার। যদি এর বেশি হয় তবে ক্লাচ ও থ্রটলের সঠিক এডজাস্ট হবে না।

স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই এটা প্রতি ৫০০-৮০০ কিমি পর পর নড়চড় হয়ে যাবে। ভালো হয় আপনি প্রতিবার সার্ভিস করাবার সময় এটা এডজাস্ট করে নিবেন।

ক্লাচ প্লেট নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে

গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় আপনি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরেছেন, লো এ পরিবর্তন করেছেন আবার আপনার ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা আছে। কিন্তু তার পরেও গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হচ্ছে। তহলে?

		'descr' => 'গিয়ার, মোটর বাইকের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ। গিয়ার মুলত ইঞ্জিনের শক্তিকে চাকায় পোছানোর সুইচ হিসাবে কাজ করে।  আপনি যখন গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করছেন ও স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই করছেন, তাহলে তো কোন সমস্যাই নেই। কিন্তু গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় কোন প্রকার শব্দ হয় বা ধাক্কা খায় তবে বুঝতে হবে কোথাও না কোথাও সমস্যা হচ্ছে।

আজ আমারা আলোচনা করবো, কেন বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হয় ও এর সমাধান কি কি ? বেশ কয়েকটি কারণে বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। তার মধ্যে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও সর্বাধিক ঘটিত কিছু কারন নিয়ে আলোচনা করব, তো চলুন শুরু করা যাক

ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল না চাপলে

আমরা জানি গিয়ার শিফটিং এর সময় ক্লাচ প্লেটের একটা পিনিয়ামের সাথে অন্য পিনিয়াম ঢুকে যায়। আর ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরা মানে বাইকের ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার কে (০) করে দেওয়া, যাতে সুস্থ ভাবে গিয়ার সিফটিং সমপন্ন হয়। তো আপনি যদি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে না ধরেন তবে যেটা হবে, ইঞ্জিনে কিছু পাওয়ার থেকে যাবে। এই অবস্থায় আপনি যদি গিয়ার  পরিবর্তন করেন তবে ইঞ্জিন থেকে খারাপ শব্দ আসা স্বাভাবিক।  আর আপনি রেগুলার এই ভুল কাজ করতে থাকলে আপনার ক্লাচ প্লেট খুব তারাতারি নস্থ হয়ে যাবে।


এই জন্য আপনি প্রতিবার গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের জন্য ক্লাচ লিভার পুরোপুরি চেপে ধরে তারপর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন।

RPM হাই থাকলে

হাই RPM এ গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে।

হাই RPM থাকলে সবসময় চেষ্টা করবেন গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাইকের RPM লো করে নিতে। ক্লাচ লিভার চেপে ধরে বড়জোর ১/২ সেকেন্ড সময় লাগবে RPM লো হতে। তার পর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন। ব্রিজ বা ঢালে ওঠার জন্য আপনার লো গিয়ার ও হাই RPM দরকার। সুতরাং আপনি ঢালে ওঠার আগেই সঠিক গিয়ারে প্রবেশ করে তার পর শুরু করবেন।

চলন্ত অবস্থায় মাঝে মাঝে সম্ভব হবে না। আপনি করনারিং করছেন বা অভারটেকিং করছেন সেটা ভিন্ন কথা। তবে সেটা যেন মাঝে মাঝেই হয়।

ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক এডজাস্ট না থাকলে

বাইকের ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। কারন এটা সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে আপনি হয়ত ফুল চেপে ধরে আছেন কিন্তু ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার থেকে যাচ্ছে আবার যতটুকু ছাড়া প্রয়জন ঠিক ততটুকু হচ্ছে না।

ক্লাচ লিভারের ফ্রিপ্লে থাকবে সাধারনত ১০-১৫ মিলিমিটার। যদি এর বেশি হয় তবে ক্লাচ ও থ্রটলের সঠিক এডজাস্ট হবে না।

স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই এটা প্রতি ৫০০-৮০০ কিমি পর পর নড়চড় হয়ে যাবে। ভালো হয় আপনি প্রতিবার সার্ভিস করাবার সময় এটা এডজাস্ট করে নিবেন।

ক্লাচ প্লেট নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে

গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় আপনি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরেছেন, লো এ পরিবর্তন করেছেন আবার আপনার ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা আছে। কিন্তু তার পরেও গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হচ্ছে। তহলে?

তাহলে আপনাকে বুঝতে হবে আপনার বাইকের ক্লাচ প্লেট ক্ষয় হয়ে গিয়েছে। জারা বেশি সিটি রাইডিং করেন বা জ্যামের মধ্যে বাইক চালান তাদের ক্লাচ প্লেট দ্রুত ক্ষয় বা নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। এটার নিরদিস্থ কোন সময় নেই যে ১০০০ বা ৫০০ কিমি পর পর ক্ষয় বা নষ্ট হবে। এর স্থায়িত্ত নির্ভর করে চালানর দক্ষতার উপর।

চেস্থা করবে ঘন ঘন গিয়ার পরিবর্তন না করতে ও ক্লাচ লিভার চেপে না ধরতে। শহরের রাস্থায় এটা তো একদম অসম্ভব। যেহেতু এটা আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রনের বাইরে তাই যখন মনে হচ্ছে যে গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হচ্ছে তখন সার্ভিস পয়েন্টে গিয়ে চেক করে নিতে পারেন। প্রয়জনে ক্লাচ প্লেট পরিবর্তন করে নিতে পারেন।

 

শুরুতে বাইক চালানোর সময় গিয়ার চেঞ্জ করা বা ভালভাবে গিয়ার শিফট করে বাইক রান করানোটা একটু কঠিন কাজ ।
কিন্তু , আসল কথা হল , যদি বাইকের ক্লাচ , পিকআপ , এবং গিয়ার সম্পর্কে হালকা ধারনা থাকে এবং প্রাকটিস করা যায় তাহলে এটি খুবই সহজ কাজ । ত্তখন আপনি নিজের আজান্তেই সঠিক সময় সঠিক গিয়ারে প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন ।

	'descr' => 'গিয়ার, মোটর বাইকের অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ। গিয়ার মুলত ইঞ্জিনের শক্তিকে চাকায় পোছানোর সুইচ হিসাবে কাজ করে।  আপনি যখন গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করছেন ও স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই করছেন, তাহলে তো কোন সমস্যাই নেই। কিন্তু গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় কোন প্রকার শব্দ হয় বা ধাক্কা খায় তবে বুঝতে হবে কোথাও না কোথাও সমস্যা হচ্ছে।

আজ আমারা আলোচনা করবো, কেন বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হয় ও এর সমাধান কি কি ? বেশ কয়েকটি কারণে বাইকের গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। তার মধ্যে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও সর্বাধিক ঘটিত কিছু কারন নিয়ে আলোচনা করব, তো চলুন শুরু করা যাক

ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল না চাপলে

আমরা জানি গিয়ার শিফটিং এর সময় ক্লাচ প্লেটের একটা পিনিয়ামের সাথে অন্য পিনিয়াম ঢুকে যায়। আর ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরা মানে বাইকের ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার কে (০) করে দেওয়া, যাতে সুস্থ ভাবে গিয়ার সিফটিং সমপন্ন হয়। তো আপনি যদি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে না ধরেন তবে যেটা হবে, ইঞ্জিনে কিছু পাওয়ার থেকে যাবে। এই অবস্থায় আপনি যদি গিয়ার  পরিবর্তন করেন তবে ইঞ্জিন থেকে খারাপ শব্দ আসা স্বাভাবিক।  আর আপনি রেগুলার এই ভুল কাজ করতে থাকলে আপনার ক্লাচ প্লেট খুব তারাতারি নস্থ হয়ে যাবে।


এই জন্য আপনি প্রতিবার গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের জন্য ক্লাচ লিভার পুরোপুরি চেপে ধরে তারপর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন।

RPM হাই থাকলে

হাই RPM এ গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে।

হাই RPM থাকলে সবসময় চেষ্টা করবেন গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাইকের RPM লো করে নিতে। ক্লাচ লিভার চেপে ধরে বড়জোর ১/২ সেকেন্ড সময় লাগবে RPM লো হতে। তার পর গিয়ার পরিবর্তন করবেন। ব্রিজ বা ঢালে ওঠার জন্য আপনার লো গিয়ার ও হাই RPM দরকার। সুতরাং আপনি ঢালে ওঠার আগেই সঠিক গিয়ারে প্রবেশ করে তার পর শুরু করবেন।

চলন্ত অবস্থায় মাঝে মাঝে সম্ভব হবে না। আপনি করনারিং করছেন বা অভারটেকিং করছেন সেটা ভিন্ন কথা। তবে সেটা যেন মাঝে মাঝেই হয়।

ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক এডজাস্ট না থাকলে

বাইকের ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হতে পারে। কারন এটা সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা না থাকলে আপনি হয়ত ফুল চেপে ধরে আছেন কিন্তু ইঞ্জিনের পাওয়ার থেকে যাচ্ছে আবার যতটুকু ছাড়া প্রয়জন ঠিক ততটুকু হচ্ছে না।

ক্লাচ লিভারের ফ্রিপ্লে থাকবে সাধারনত ১০-১৫ মিলিমিটার। যদি এর বেশি হয় তবে ক্লাচ ও থ্রটলের সঠিক এডজাস্ট হবে না।

স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই এটা প্রতি ৫০০-৮০০ কিমি পর পর নড়চড় হয়ে যাবে। ভালো হয় আপনি প্রতিবার সার্ভিস করাবার সময় এটা এডজাস্ট করে নিবেন।

ক্লাচ প্লেট নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে

গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় আপনি ক্লাচ লিভার ফুল চেপে ধরেছেন, লো এ পরিবর্তন করেছেন আবার আপনার ক্লাচ লিভার সঠিক ভাবে এডজাস্ট করা আছে। কিন্তু তার পরেও গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হচ্ছে। তহলে?

তাহলে আপনাকে বুঝতে হবে আপনার বাইকের ক্লাচ প্লেট ক্ষয় হয়ে গিয়েছে। জারা বেশি সিটি রাইডিং করেন বা জ্যামের মধ্যে বাইক চালান তাদের ক্লাচ প্লেট দ্রুত ক্ষয় বা নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। এটার নিরদিস্থ কোন সময় নেই যে ১০০০ বা ৫০০ কিমি পর পর ক্ষয় বা নষ্ট হবে। এর স্থায়িত্ত নির্ভর করে চালানর দক্ষতার উপর।

চেস্থা করবে ঘন ঘন গিয়ার পরিবর্তন না করতে ও ক্লাচ লিভার চেপে না ধরতে। শহরের রাস্থায় এটা তো একদম অসম্ভব। যেহেতু এটা আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রনের বাইরে তাই যখন মনে হচ্ছে যে গিয়ার পরিবর্তনের সময় বাজে শব্দ হচ্ছে তখন সার্ভিস পয়েন্টে গিয়ে চেক করে নিতে পারেন। প্রয়জনে ক্লাচ প্লেট পরিবর্তন করে নিতে পারেন।

 

শুরুতে বাইক চালানোর সময় গিয়ার চেঞ্জ করা বা ভালভাবে গিয়ার শিফট করে বাইক রান করানোটা একটু কঠিন কাজ ।
কিন্তু , আসল কথা হল , যদি বাইকের ক্লাচ , পিকআপ , এবং গিয়ার সম্পর্কে হালকা ধারনা থাকে এবং প্রাকটিস করা যায় তাহলে এটি খুবই সহজ কাজ । ত্তখন আপনি নিজের আজান্তেই সঠিক সময় সঠিক গিয়ারে প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন ।
